Dennis R. Fratt, DDS, MBA is Senior Vice President of Bright Now! Dental, Inc. Operations Services Group which focuses on broad initiatives intended to streamline and systematize operational processes and field interaction with business support services. Dr. Fratt was formerly chairman and president of Newport Dental, one of the platform companies acquired by Bright Now! Dental, Inc. He founded Newport Dental in 1979 and built it into one of the leading dental providers in the Los Angeles area.

Dr. Fratt has more than 25 years of multi-clinic management experience, including recruiting and training dentists, developing state-approved quality assurance systems, and instituting internal protocols and controls. He also has extensive experience operating within the regulatory environment.

A founder and former member of the Board of Directors of the California Association of Dental Plans, Dr. Fratt has held a California Knox-Keene (dental HMO) license since 1985. He is also a member of the National Association of Dental Plans and the American Academy of Dental Group Practice.

Dr. Fratt received a Bachelor of Science degree and a doctor of dental science degree from the University of Southern California and a masters of business administration from Pepperdine University. In addition to his professional career, he enjoys expanding his skills as a pianist, working with kids at his church, traveling and attending the theater and musical events internationally.
