Jeff Hamill joined Bright Now! Dental in May 2009 after an extensive and distinguished career in retail management with world-renown companies such as Starbucks and 7-Eleven.

Jeff joined Starbucks in December 2002 as regional vice president of the central southwest region based in Los Angeles. He was responsible for all P&L and operations management of nearly 430 corporate run Starbucks locations in Los Angeles, Fresno, Bakersfield and the California Central Coast. After three years, Jeff transitioned to vice president of operations for Greater China, leading the strategic operational programs in store locations across Greater China and representing Starbucks with joint venture partners in Taiwan and Hong Kong. He returned to the US in October 2007 to lead the Los Angeles-Central California region comprised of nearly 600 stores.

Prior to Starbucks, Jeff spent 22 years with 7-Eleven, Inc., where he held various operations/merchandising roles in California. In 1998 he was promoted to vice president, Southwest division, where he was responsible for 725 franchise store operations and 20 corporate run stores in Los Angeles and San Diego. In two years this division had 20 of 40 months with double-digit sales increase and record increases and levels of operating profits. During this period, profits in this division represented 40 percent of the total profit generated by the entire chain. In 2000 Jeff transitioned to vice president, corporate merchandising, where he was in charge of over $6 billion in annual merchandise sales revenue. His final endeavor at 7-Eleven was to be named vice president of the Central Division, where his assignment covered 650 corporate stores in Colorado, Texas and Utah. In five months the division had a complete turnaround in shortage control, labor expenses, gross profit margin and gasoline profitability.

Jeff earned his bachelor of arts in business management from St. Mary’s College, Moraga, Calif., and his associate of arts in business from Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, Calif. He also received a Marketing Extension Certificate from the University of Texas in 1990.
