Set aside some time at the beginning of the week to put a little extra thought into some snacks and meals that a) are not boring, and b) will bring some balance to your diet for a lunch you will feel satisfied in more ways than one to eat. For starters, when have lunch boxes not been cute? There are so many options nowadays. Metal retro lunchboxes from the 50’s, which are making a comeback, and zippered pouches that don’t look like they could have lunch are just a two examples of the lunch bags available today. Visit a store like Target or the good ol’ Amazon.com to browse through the endless selection of makes, models, colors, and characters.
