I have always had private dental insurance so I was not sure of the kind of care one would receive from a group dental company. However Bright Now Dental has totally proven me wrong! The staff’s professional greeting with smiles (from every staff member) made me comfortable the moment I walked in the door. There was a bit of a wait. Having said that, the wait was WELL worth it! I waited about 20 minutes before I was called back. I was greeted by the hygienist. He explained the plan this visit and would later explain the course of action for my long term care after reviewing the x-rays. I had x-rays done. Shortly after, about 15 minutes, the dentist came with an explanation and a plan. I needed a tooth extracted. My gums were infected and plaque covered my tooth far below my diseased gum line. These problems were all due to the private dentist I had gone to 1.5 years ago. I had not been to a dentist in about 3 years before this private dentist. He informed me I did not need a cleaning so he only polished my teeth! Even I knew that didn’t sound right after 3 years of no dental attention. Bright Now Dental has corrected that horrible mistake from that previous private dentist. My tooth was extracted with the most painful part being the injections!! It was an amazingly painless experience. I then had my teeth cleaned again with NO pain. I will faithfully continue to go to Bright Now Dental and I would recommend anyone searching for a good dentist to go to Bright Now who have completely and entirely captured my dental care trust, which is very hard to do! My teeth have not felt this good in 5 years!! You go Bright Now!!
