Bright Now Dental in Pinellas Park is an excellent dental office… first of all, Kathy Mae is a superb receptionist. She not only greets everyone with a smile, but she’s friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have watched her take a beating from some really, really mean patients and she was able to maintain her kind and friendly composure with no effort. This one lady just refused to make her next appointment, stating she didn’t want to and Kathy could not make her, she was so rude and nasty and demanded to see the dentist right away ahead of everyone else. Kathy was so patient I had a mouth drop! Kathy really deserves a medal for her kindness, because there are a significant number of patients that are just rude… now I realize they may be in pain or having other issues, but the level of nastiness displayed when they are told they owe money or the doctor has an emergency or just have a seat and we’ll be right with you…but Kathy Mae handles the situations like a champ! Thank you Kathy Mae for all you do to always make my experience at the dentist office pleasant
