I went into the office with a preconceived idea about chains. I’ve neglected my dental heath because of previous bad experiences and walked into this office thinking I’ll receive more of the same. I was pleasantly surprised with the care and personal attention I received from Ana, Dental Assistant, Dr. Lopez, and the hygienist. I shared my positive experience with my spouse, and now he has made his own appointment. I’m happy to be in the care of such a dedicated and caring staff.

After this great review I have to rescind it. Though the doctor, assistant, and hygienist are great, the billing practices by the manager, Lacey, are improper and criminal. This practice was participating with my current dental insurance, but after all the billing problems, rudeness, and criminal actions by Lacey, the office was removed from the recommended list by my insurance.
