It was my first visit and the floors in the dental exam rooms were really dirty
The chair had hair on it before I sat down. I was advised the cleaning company wouldnt come in due to constrcution. (someone on staff should have cleaned up then) I will think twice before returning for my cleaning.

UPDATE: they hired Sarah a new hygienist and things are much improved!
