I had a dental emergency making numerous calls to area dentists who were either not accepting new patients or did not treat emergencies, this included my dental team. With my initial phone call to Bright Now!, I was greeted and spoken to by smiling voice. I was told that I could be seen at 2:00 that same afternoon. I arrived early to complete necessary paperwork and was immediately greeted again, with a reassuring smile ( I believe she was Noëlle). When I was called by Holly, to the examination room, again I was greeted with a welcoming smile and a voice offering much reassurance. I had a series of x-rays, a review of my medical and dental history along with current medications. The facility is a labyrinth of well-lit pristinely clean neutral-colored rooms and state-of-the-art equipment. Still, it is the providers from the front desk to the examinations who are the heart of this well-run facility: their team work, their dedication, They genuinely care about their patients, from my Dr. Jeffrey Chen, DDS who examined and evaluated my mouth thoroughly and my subsequent visit for my treatment plan and procedure with Sherry and Dr. Chen and a follow-up visit with Sean, I knew that I was safe and in good hands.
I highly recommend the Sandusky, OH Bright Now! Dental and Orthodontics facility and its Team of absolutely wonderful providers for all your dental needs.
