I had great experiences at this dentist office. Dr. Son Nguyen and my dental hygienist Denise did an amazing job, painless and efficient. I felt great after their services and loved my teeth more since then. But the only downside is the lady at the receptionist desk. She didn’t show me a really good attitude until I agreed to pay for the services. And before my services, I already requested her to check with my insurance provider. And she showed me the costs for my services. After I paid for my services, I asked her whether I would get any other bills, and she told me that if the insurance didn’t want to pay, it would be on me. This was my first time coming to a dentist in the U.S, so I had no idea of how things work. And she couldn’t give me a proper answer about why the insurance wouldn’t pay. Luckily, the new office manager was able to
comprehend my concerns and gave me persuasive explanations. I was confused and unhappy, but after receiving his explanation and great attitude, I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. I’ll be back for regular cleaning and other services.
