I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel this is important. I am 39 and I’m not “afraid” of dentist but I have had several bad experiences with either the practice doing a procedure and giving me the bill after or the doctor being impatient and not numbing me enough. For this reason, I was nervous about going to BrightNow but as soon as I was called by RDA, Ever, I immediately felt better. She was so caring and explained everything she was doing. Then came Dr. Khoury, who did an amazing job. She was just as caring and gentle. They explained what needed to be done and I was told how much my payment would be BEFORE the procedure so there were no surprises. She made sure I was comfortable and she even stopped twice to dumb me more as I was feeling a little pain. I will definitely return and recommend my family.
