The experience was great specially with the anxiety I get. The dentist and assistants treated me so well and We’re very patient with me.
Unfortunately, when I got home, the billing dep. called to tell me that I still owed when I had already paid in full. I reviewed my estimate with a staff the day before and also the day of my dental appointment. They made a mistake. I’m assuming and wanted me to pay for it and asked if I can make a payment plan. I didn’t agree with paying for something I did not approve of. I did feel I got some attitude (maybe review the call 2/7/25 @ approximately 1:08) I was told were giving you a one time courtesy which I replied. I never asked for a courtesy I paid for the services that I needed and could pay. The biller sounded frustrated and wasn’t the kindest about it so I cannot give you the five stars.
