Overall, my experience was very positive as a new patient of Dr. Patel.
Dr. Patel is very compassionate and made sure I felt comfortable.
Her back office staff, Kenya and Janet were very kind and professional.
I also want to commend the efficiency and friendliness of their front office staff from my initial contact over the phone to my interactions during my visit.
The office was also very patient and flexible with me as I had to reschedule my initial appointment twice.
