I haven’t always taken the greatest care of my teeth. Instead of shaming me for it (which has been the case for years with my old dentists) they made me feel at peace and gave me hope that they’ll help me get my smile back (one that I’m not self conscious of). The female doctor was fantastic! Both her and the tech Bri made me laugh and had an overall good time! Haven’t been able to say that about a dentist ever.

Also, in searching for a new dentist, I had a very hard time finding one that: accepts my Medicaid insurance, was accepting new patients, and wasn’t scheduling out months from now. After calling literally 30+ practices, I called Bright Now and they met all my needs and got me in to be seen 2 days after I called. Phenomenal customer service all around. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The wait in the waiting room took an hour but I’m not complaining because I was seen and that’s more than I can say for a lot of other local places.
