I was disappointed that I went in for a routine cleaning and was told that I would be charged $82 (which I thought was expensive). After leaving I received a call that they forgot to charge me $30 for the cleaning. I was surprised and confused because I thought that’s what I had paid (too much) for. Turns out I was paying $82 for an irrigation, even though I didn’t consent to extra services. Usually I am given a break down of what’s being done and the cost as it’s happening, which did not happen at my last visit. It makes it difficult to trust that I’m not being taken advantage of.
