We have had a great experience with Dr. Michael Wu and his entire team. I currently have both my 14-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son under their care, and we couldn’t be happier with the results and the environment. Dr. Wu and his staff are the perfect blend of professional, friendly, and welcoming.

I want to give a special “extra applause” to Elexis at the front office. She is truly a standout professional—sharp, capable, and incredibly kind. Our new patient application was a very complicated situation, but Elexis handled it with total efficiency while providing thoughtful, expert advice that put us at ease.

She also went above and beyond with our insurance. My husband could only remember the most minimal details about his coverage, but Elexis was able to track it down and successfully coordinate both of our dental plans to maximize our benefits. It is rare to find someone so efficient and helpful!
