Due to a change in insurance benefits, I had to cancel my appointment with the dental office I had been going to for 20 or so years and find a new practice. After some searching I found this office and was pleased that I was able to make an appointment for my semi-annual cleaning within 3 business days! Unfortunately, my appointment got off to a rough start – I had a long wait. After having been called and asked to come in one hour earlier than my scheduled appointment time (which I did), I was taken back after nearly an hour’s wait which brought me almost to my original appointment time. But my experience with staff from X-ray tech to hygienist and doctor more than made up for the inconvenience of my wait. Everyone was very congenial and attentive. I will trust that my next visit in 6 months will be much better!
