I haven’t been to a Dentist for ages- why? Almost simply paranoia scared.Yet, from the first encounter on setting a call appointment with a person named Flame, hurdle One was jumped over. From the get-go of the physical appointment, each staff member acknowledged my fear and proceeded with reassuring smile, that said:”all will be well”. They weren’t pushy…just simply comfortably reassuring. True enough, every procedural step was followed through with gentle precision, specially with Dr. Pavan Narla, who did the tooth extraction, and was a perfectionist in the denture impression process. The nightmarish fear of Dentist…all gone!
