This was my first time at a Bright Now! Dental and I must say I will definitely be going back. Dr. Freeman conducted my surgery but I have to say I would not have been so satisfied with my visit if not for Ashely I think she is the office Manager & Karen at the Front Desk and most definitely Holly who is Dr. Freeman’s surgical Tech I believe. Dr. Freeman’s right hand Gal. She did not leave my side the entire time, When I needed a hand she was there for me. She checked on me every minute while I was there and made sure that I was comfortable and I was feeling OK. I was extremely nervous and I would not have been able to get through that visit without Holly, thats the honest truth. After my surgery Karen made sure that I was all right to leave the office she was kind from the very beginning while I was signing paperwork to the very end where she walked me out and helped my hand as she did followed by a very kind and warm hug. Holly, Karen and Ashley are the reasons I will be returning to Bright Now! Dental. Dr. Freeman has very special woman a part of his staff And it is very rare to come across individuals like that these days. Thank you to everyone of you for making this easy special and successful.
