First off, reminder texts from the dental office about upcoming appointments are extremely helpful, especially when unexpected things may come up during the week. My recent dental visit on 6/6/24 went extremely well from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted by kind, professional staff and I didn’t have to wait long before I was called in by Angie. Angie was so friendly and caring. She went above and beyond to calm my nerves, especially after I told her how much I had been dreading the visit. She took time to converse with me and demonstrated so much care and attention. She truly brought an uplifting energy and took really good care of me. She and my dentist, Dr. Castillo, did an amazing job making sure my experience was painless. Dr. Castillo was so patient with me and stopped anytime I needed a break or felt any kind of sensitivity during the process. I’m thankful for this pleasant experience and have already scheduled my next appointment. No more postponing dental visits.
