The staff was great! My only complaint was that I arrived a half hour early because I was a new patient, so I’d have plenty of time to fill out any paperwork and give them my insurance and ID. But yet I STILL wasn’t even taken back to get my ex-rays, before going to the exam room, till an hour after my scheduled appointment. And sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half, when there was only one person before, is a long time since it didn’t even take me but a few minutes to fill out my paperwork. And seeing all the dental higentist coming from the back and sitting up front or standing around…..I was wondering why I was still sitting in the waiting room for an hour after my scheduled appointment time…. Then I wouldn’t have been sitting in the X-ray room waiting even longer because the receptionist put my name in the computer wrong, so AGAIN taking extra long. I was only in the exam room talking to the doctor for 5 minutes and had nothing done but told I needed pre-approval and I’d be called or to call them…. And even tho I live 2 minutes away from your office down 19 but I got to the office at 1:30pm and wasn’t home till after 4 pm when I had a 2 pm appointment…. Having only 1 x-ray and 5 minute talk with a dentist after arriving half hour early just doesn’t seem right to me with 1 person in front of me.
