I’ve been going to Bright Now Dental in Upland for probably 10 yrs now. I’m always happy with this place, however my recent visit (service wise) was horrible. The lady that did my cleaning was SOOO rough and sloppy. Water sprayed ALL over my face, she burned my gums and inside of my lips with the tooth buffer tool. THEN practically ripped my gums to pieces when she glossed my teeth. I don’t remember her name (black lady w/ braids). She was super friendly, informative and nice but I’ve never had such a painful experience before. My gums are still sore and after a cleaning that never happens.
