From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everyone involved was very kind, patient & professional. I had not been to this office since 2018. Had been using another dentist, not very pleased with. Came back to Bight Now , scheduled for an x-ray and exam for some issues going on. They actually wanted to start working on me at that moment! Which would have been great but it wasn’t feasible with my schedule so I received an appointment 2 days later.
Extra thanks to Jill, Kim and Dr Omar. Good customer service & bedside manners are rare these days. Keep up the good work. THANK YOU.
