I hate going to the dentist, but this place has made my experience so much better. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness. From the receptionist, the dentist,xray tech,and the manager all of them show so much compassion,empathy and kindness. They make sure you understand everything that’s going on. They went above & beyond to get me the services I needed. My anxiety was calmed down because of how they handle their patients. I am very satisfied with the care I received at BrightNow of Medina.
