Had a very nice appt from the start of a 1st call to make appt. The staff were friendly, polite, helpful & made me feel welcomed from the start. Upon my 1st appt, everyone including doctor was pleasant, thoughtful & gentle. During my initial exam my doctor was very helpful explaining all aspects of my current & coming suggestions as to what was best for me as { THE } patient. Including overall assurance of my understanding not only the advice he suggested but made it verbally clear to his staff as well as my husband that upon my arrival & his question as to what I had in mind for my personal end result. That I was extremely knowledgeable without coming off as a know it all because I personally am in and have been in the field of dentistry since my mid 20’s & that most patients will express what they hope to achieve l, however not having the training or self knowledge can often be a bit overwhelming to not only the staff but to the doctors as well in what they hope to see in the end for one reason or another.
I knew exactly what he was saying without actually saying it out loud & that the suggested end result is hoped for couldn’t have been expressed more accurately had he explained it himself. Well that made me feel good as a pt as well as a formal EFDA Dental Asst. You will NOT BE disappointed in your decision to choose a more caring, considerate & compassionate dental practice in my opinion. Ever so refreshing these days for certain !!!
if you were to choose this office you will not be disappointed I assure you & remember to take good care in your overall oral hygiene, keeping your gums healthy & free from disease or further bone loss will affect your overall desire to have a beautiful smile despite each individual’s appearance to endure that beautiful smile…
