Amazing staff. I arrived early and the receptionist was warm friendly and kind ! I came in with a pain level of 10 and I’m leaving with a pain level of 0. The dentist was so patient and understanding as well as the other staff. No run around, just immediate help. I appreciate you guys so much and will be back :-). Thank you for taking me as a new patient ❤️

I am updating my review because I am no longer having the best experience. I’m trying to work in appointments around my work schedule. Procedures always start 30-45 minutes late. They numb you then they disappear and work on other patients. I can not keep waiting 30-45 minutes late past appts. But if you come in a few minutes late you are rescheduled. This is affecting my care because 1hr appointments are turning into 2-3 hr appointments. What is the point of scheduled appointments if they always start late. Sometimes a simple filling on a single tooth can be 2 hrs. The staff are super amazing but the sense of urgency is not. I’m trying to be patient but this is starting to really affect my work schedule. I had to stop by dental care because I just can’t keep going to work 2-3 hrs late. Can we plz just try and start appointments on time instead of having people sit numbed in a chair for 45 mins. It’s unacceptable.
