The dentist and staff are very nice, but having an appointment at 1:20 and not getting out until 4:53 was a bit much. An hour wait in the waiting room, over an hour wait waiting in the chair, had X-rays done, about another hour until the dentist came in and once she came in she was quick to leave to the next patient. All I know is I have 2 cavities and have to have 4 crowns. So I was told that the insurance needs to approve it which is understandable. I still sat there for about an hour or so when I was actually good to go because nothing was to be done that day. I had to ask if I can leave. I see 1 dentist with so many patients. I left a few minutes before 5:00 and there were about 10+ people in the waiting room to be seen and they close at 6:00. I think things would have been better if they don’t make so many appointments in 1 day.
