Saw the orthodontist right before the dentist. Been thinking about getting braces. Ortho quote out of pocket was super reasonable. But the dentist told me after she wouldn’t recommend it due to bone loss at my age of 57. I appreciate the dentist being honest as they are both in the same building, same company. She could have just sold me on some braces to help out the ortho.
