I have severe PTSD with Dentist and I havent been to one in years. The “Bright Now Dental” receptionist was was very helpful helping me to prepare my paperwork and making sure I was informed about medication and Billing as I went in a few days before because I knew I wasn’t going to be with it the day of my appt. The day of my appt everything was in order for me. They called me back, I was extremely nervous, the nurse noticed, got me right in the chair. My partner was allowed to stay with me right up to the iv was in and the doctor came in. Next thing I know I was being wheelchair out to our car. My partner had all the info and tools for my after care. I didn’t have to worry about a thing or left with unanswered questions. As some who is petrified of dentist, I highly recommend Bright Now Dental.
