I was referred to Dr. Vishwanat by a friend and I am so pleased. Dr. V is fantastic. The front-office managers understand the assignment of ‘customer service’. They went above and beyond to get records from a previous dentist and figure out my insurance benefits. There was discrepancy between former records and insurance benefits regarding services provided and covered. Rather than reschedule me while things were figured out, x-rays were taken without charge so I could be treated for my semi-annual check-up. I was so surprised that a practitioner would do this to respect my time and understand that insurance companies make errors and patients shouldn’t suffer the consequences.
