Today, I had a last-minute emergency dental visit due to pain in my tooth, and they were kind enough to fit me in for a new patient evaluation and X-rays.

I’ve been searching for an affordable, trustworthy dental office for weeks, calling and visiting multiple clinic, but none came close to the experience I had here.

Customer Service: From the moment I called, I was treated with genuine care and respect. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite being close to closing time, they found a way to squeeze me in as a new patient. I can’t overstate how much that meant to me!

Scheduling: When I arrived, Brinda went above and beyond. She was thorough, kind, and made sure to run my insurance ahead of time so I would know exactly what to expect.

After my evaluation and dental X-rays, even though the office was fully booked for the week, Brinda didn’t stop there; she personally called a hygienist and rearranged the office schedule just to get me in for a cleaning later this week.

With my hectic work schedule, I honestly don’t know how I would’ve managed without her outstanding dedication. She truly embodies what excellent patient care should look like.

Clinical Team: Dr. Ibrahim and Ricky were equally impressive. Honestly, I had some concerns after reading a few negative reviews about the speed of evaluations at this clinic—but I want to be clear: quicker does not mean rushed or careless. Quite the opposite, Dr. Ibrahim confirmed everything another dentist had told me months ago, which gave me even more confidence in his accuracy and expertise.

Both Dr. Ibrahim and Ricky were efficient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Most importantly, they took their time with me, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I felt truly cared for as a patient.

Transparency: The breakdown of costs was clear, itemized, and completely transparent—something that’s hard to find in many dental offices. There were no surprises, just honest communication and a team that made me feel seen and respected.

I’m incredibly grateful for the way this team treated me today. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines efficiency with genuine care, transparency, and integrity, I highly recommend this clinic. They truly went above and beyond!
