I’ve been using them for a few years now and overall they do a pretty good job. With the Bright Now Dental group, I’ve had to reschedule more than a couple times with the hygienist not being available and even had to switch locations. The last time I went , the front desk lady was different from earlier this year and she almost made me do a deep clean, which is quite pricey (no insurance coverage) because she mistook me for another patient. The dentist herself was unavailable at the time i went. However, the hygienist herself gave me a pro-tip i had never heard before that women occasionally have gums bleeding due to hormones. AI seems to think it could be so according to several sources it tapped into.

Over the years, they have done a good job with my fillings and provided me with a good mouth guard and other various teeth/mouth tips.

If you can tolerate schedule changes, this dental place will get the job done. Just make sure you are the correct patient.
