Went in for my first appt with this dentist after moving to San Diego and was so appreciative of their incredible service. The staff were so kind. I had forgotten to request a transfer through my insurance before the appt but the front desk was kind enough to call my insurance and request an immediate transfer for me.

The appt did take longer than anticipated and at one point I jokingly made a comment that “I realized skipping breakfast was a mistake” and the lady prepping me for the dentist legit got me yogurt to eat while I waited for the dentist to return! I was so shocked with her kindness and extremely appreciative. Although I said it in a joking manner, I was indeed hungry and devoured that yogurt!

Also the lady who went through my treatment options and fees was so patient with all my questions and explained everything throughly.

Overall the staff is great and I am happy with choosing them as my new primary dentist.
