Nice place with nice people. The first visit is only an exam/x-rays, then they will schedule you for a cleaning. In 3 months.

I scheduled this appointment three months ago. I was surprised and disappointed that they didn't have a summary of benefits ready when I was done. And so, they weren't able to let me know how much the procedures would cost, so I won't be scheduling my next appointment until they have that information for me.

Bright Now staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They used patient friendly language and were thorough with their evaluation. Pleased with my experience.

Had to do a redo crown - difficult case because I grind my teeth - great crew, personable, transparent about procedure and fees. I'm very happy with the work. Appointment availibility is sometimes difficult but manageable. They care. I like that.

I have severe PTSD with Dentist and I havent been to one in years. The "Bright Now Dental" receptionist was was very helpful helping me to prepare my paperwork and making sure I was informed about medication and Billing as I went in a few days before because I knew I wasn't going to be with it the day of my appt. The day of my appt everything was in order for me. They called me back, I was extremely nervous, the nurse noticed, got me right in the chair. My partner was allowed to stay with me right up to the iv was in and the doctor came in. Next thing I know I was being wheelchair out to our car. My partner had all the info and tools for my after care. I didn't have to worry about a thing or left with unanswered questions. As some who is petrified of dentist, I highly recommend Bright Now Dental.

FYI They do NOT let you make payments like their advertising implies. They make you apply for Care Credit financing, which is a hit on your credit and you may or may not even be approved based on your credit score. I'd give them 5 stars if they were more up front about this.

Good service: prompt, efficient, affordable, quick turnaround appointment and informative dentists. Simple root canal 45 min.

Everyone, from front desk reception, to back office care, were very professional and customer friendly. The Doctor was very informative and extremely helpful. As a new patient I will refer others readily.

Great dentists went above and beyond to make my teeth feel pain free went in for a view of what could be and they took the time to actually get rid of the problem also of what was found instead of having me come in another day for the fixing after finding ❤️ highly recommend this dental team! Absolutely wonderful staff and efficiency! However if you are looking to get a cleaning, I would search elsewhere since they don't have a dental hygienist and no estimate on when they will get one so you are put on a wait-list. Hopefully this fyi saves someone a trip to find that out after their establish care xray visit. Maybe it's a systemic shortage of hygienists in the area? Would certainly ask anywhere you call to make an appt 🙂

My daughter did her Invisalign through Bright Now dental and we had a really great experience. The staff were all very nice and we really liked the orthodontist. Her teeth look great and Overall I would highly recommend.

I just switched dental plans and this was my first time at Bright Now. From my first phone call to set the appointment through the entire visit, they exceeded my expectations in every case. The entire office staff was exceptional, and were friendly, polite and professional in every interaction. Dr. Gill could not have been more impressive. His ability to make you feel comfortable and tell you at every instance what he is doing and why he is doing it is refreshing and appreciated. His assistant, Olga? (Sorry!) was super impressive and from handling all of the X-rays to assisting and then polishing and fluoride, she was top notch. In summary the entire experience was incredible and I could not recommend them more highly. Kudos to Dr Gill and his team!

A thorough dental exam with a cancer focused exam. All explained well and efficiently performed.

Dr. Gil was incredible! I truly appreciated how communicative he was throughout the entire process. It’s nice to know what’s going on. Bridget and the front desk staff were all very wonderful as well.
