Great office work as a team listen to your questions one particular employee Rosario,was most helpful as I'm nervous about going to the dentist , Michael the hygienist did a good job cleaning my teeth

My mom and I had our cleanings done last week and had an amazing experience. My mom was extremely nervous as it was her first time in a couple years but the hygienist made her feel comfortable and was very gentle. They kindly welcomed us in, and their staff are very polite. They go over each procedure before hand and really let us know what will be done. We also really enjoyed the music that was being played.

Great staff and best dental work I’ve ever had. I definitely would recommend this place over any other.

Took time taking X-rays very thorough dr checked teeth so did hygienist made recommendations.

I was pleased with the office staff, they were very polite and helpful. They explained each procedure and showed me how the procedure would be done on YouTube. They played music to relax me I’m guessing to take my mind off the extraction, it helped! They help me get assistance so I did not have to pay &500 for my visit, I am extremely grateful! Thanks for all your help

Every time we go to right now in Indio they are courteous kind and we get in in a timely fashion the staff is just phenomenal

I was beyond impressed!!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve had very bad experiences at dentists. My anxiety is usually at a 10 when walking into a dentist office. I am so fearful and skeptical, going into the dentist office,. I walked into Bright Now. The front staff was very warm with their greeting. And my nervousness, I ask thousands of questions and they were not rude to me at all or talking under their breath about me. I wish I could have gotten everyone’s names. The front office guided me and explained everything very thoroughly. So I want to recognize all the front office staff. Then Rosario took my X-rays and got me ready to see the dentist… She was beyond clean. Her procedures with cleanliness and hygiene were impeccable. I was in shock how she did everything right before and AFTER. She brought a lot of comfort to me with her professionalism. She’s a women that does everything right when no one is looking … Rosario has integrity. Then doctor (Dr. Vasquez) was very clear what he was going to do and gave me all my options clearly. In the past I always have felt when I met the dentist it’s like going to a used car salesman. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE THIS AT BRIGHT NOW in Indio. Thank you from the bottom of my heart DR VASQUEZ. I had the opportunity to meet and get my teeth cleaned from Michael Lent … he gave me a techniques that no one has ever taught me with my gums. I could tell or what came across is he really cared and wanted the best for my mouth hygiene. Thank you Thank you and again Thank you everyone at Bright Now in Indio. I usually go to the dentist walk out and never go back again. But I will definitely be going back to this dentist office. I can’t believe I found this place. I am so grateful. I am so happy with my new smile!! I needed two crowns on my front teeth due to excessive chipping. Jasmine & the doctor went above and beyond to make sure my teeth were exactly what i wanted!! I am so grateful & recommend this dentist to everyone!

The front desk people and everyone in the back couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Whenever I go here I know I'll be taken care of, and that's the truth!

Care was top notch. However, 2/3 of the office staff were helpful. One office staff member was unfortunately quite a problem.

the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful - when I arrived for my first appt I didn't have my benefits card and they recommended I go down the street to get a temp card instead of rescheduling/going all the way home. they have remembered me and my boyfriend for every appt thus far and super kind.

wisdom teeth removal here, nice staff. I called ahead of time to make sure I didn’t have to pay anything today.. they said no don’t worry. Got my wisdom teeth removed and after that they said we needed to pay $120 for laughing gas. Hmm, I’ll have to call back in a few days once I can talk again.

They really were prompt in getting me in and helping me with my issue. Dr Vasquez is great.

Doctor has light hands. The office are friendly.
