Overall great experience, highly recommend

I took a chance finding a new dentist and couldn’t be more pleased! I was able to create an appointment for an exam inside the same week (probably got lucky). The initial exam went smoothly at 11 AM. They recommended that they address some minor issues with 3 of my fillings, and then clean and polish my teeth. Then they offered that I could come back after my lunch, and get it all done! Wow! Furthermore, they were able to do the work without the needle, using only a topical anesthetic! Then they cleaned and polished my teeth thoroughly, and gently, and I walked out of the clinic with a smile because my lips were not numb! Big bonus to me - my new insurance covered everything and there was no out-of-pocket cost. Shout out to Dr.Anit Mathew and her assistant (can’t remember her name).

My experience was awesome! The Dental Hygienist provided an excellent service. Her job was very detailed and she made good recommendations. My total experience with the staff was very good. I look forward to my next appointment.

This was my first visit to this dentist. The staff was very nice and something about the ambiance of the office makes it not feel like a scary dental office. I am happy I chose to come here.

I really do not like going to the Dentist, I mean who does?!? Well I found myself in a bit of a pickle...lol. I went to another dental chain, and my experience was less than perfect. They told me what needed to be done, I met with their root canal specialist, he was ok. I just didnt feel "comfortable" with the vibe. Something was just off, ya know?! I called Bright now on a Thursday evening to ask for a 2nd opinion, they got me in the next day. The DA, I cannot remember her name, she was so sweet, like a breath of fresh air and assured me everything was gonna be ok and I would be taken care of! The Dentist I met with, Dr. Kim, was very pleasent. She did a full exam and gave me a complete treatment plan. I didnt get this at the other place. I needed a root canal and a crown placed. I met with their root canal specialist the following Tuesday (yesterday). I WAS TERRIFIED, Dr. Yamada, when I tell you he restored my faith in Dentists, he made my day. He explained every step, he was as gentle as he could be, and I barely felt him numbing my lower jaw. He was kind, patient, and professional. Hands down, BEST experience Ive ever had. Today I went back in for my crown, I wasn't nearly as terrified as the day before. Again, Dr. Kim explained every step to me, she too was kind, patient, and professional. I truly appreciate the care and attention I have been given. I've found my new dentist's and I 100% recommend this dental group. The DA's are just as amazing and I appreciate them as well..... Thank you for everything. See ya in a few weeks for my permanent crown. I actually look forward to my appoinment....NEVER have I ever looked forward to the Dentist, lol

Very pleasantly surprised. Staff were super nice and Dr Shin, walked me through my X-rays, and explained everything clearly along with a comprehensive treatment plan. Highly recommended.

I honestly love this place. The staff is welcoming and always checking to make sure you're doing ok. They also explain what they're doing and why they are doing it so there are no surprises. Amazing all around!

Great experience, Dr. Shin and Dr. Matthew did their best to help my son with his tooth ache. They also made sure that my son can get his prescription even in their day off.

It was a wonderful experience (except the reason I was there)the Dr seemed understanding , and the staff was very efficient, and considerate. 🤭😁😀

Bright Now is a great place. Dr. Yomata knocked out my root canal in no time! Didn't feel a thing. He has a relaxing voice, friendly, good guy. Highly recommend it!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a year and I was embarrassed. Dr Shin gave me the best cleaning I had ever had, without judgement, but with help. Dental Assistant, LJ, was so careful and kind for x-rays. I highly recommend this office.

First visit experience good won’t know more until I start going there more frequently. Dr Shin seemed nice and the staff welcoming.

Overall a pretty good group. Dr Nurani is awesome. However, the costs are insane and they aren’t the best at letting you know the entire cost of a procedure. Had to get a root canal from a root canal specialist and after forking over $1500 I’m told I need to schedule another appointment with my normal dentist to get the temp filling out and permanent one in for another $265!! Apparently it can be done immediately after the root canal. Why the heck wouldn’t that be included in the $1500 procedure if it’s something that is a requirement?? Makes no sense to me and seems to be a way to nickel and dime customers. Another really frustrating part is that they have a particular doctor for basic dental work, root canals, extractions, etc… it’s not like other clinics I’ve been to where my dentist handles pretty much everything. Just seems like another way to squeeze more money from customers. For example I pay to be seen by my dentist for my tooth pain, and I’m forwarded to a root canal specialist to look at it and that’s another $100 (approx) to have a consult! Why wouldn’t that be part of my initial visit fee or at least my initial fee credited to the cost of of the consult fee…? Oh and if you need nitrous to keep you calm, be prepared to fork over another $100. I’d suggest you do some research and see what clinics are not going to toss you around and charge the hell out of you. Anyways… it just seems like they’ve become more about how to squeeze money out of us and it used to not be like this. I think I left them a 5 star review last year, so this has really changed. I only am still giving a 3 star because Dr Nurani and staff are really nice and have a caring approach to the actual dental work.

Best dental experience ever! After having years of avoidance due to a previous dentist filing my teeth down without my permission and experiencing intense pain, this has been the best experience ever! The entire office is a breath of fresh air. Come here and be treated well and take care of your mouth health!
