Window staffs are great

I have positive experiences time after time at this dental office. Office Manager Shanna is very proficient, kind, and accommodating. Dental assistant Suki (sp?) is always so warm-hearted and hospitable. And I always know I am in good hands with Dr. Anit Mathew - very professional! This group knows what they are doing. No anxieties here!

They were great to work with. Got me in quickly when I needed it, and made the whole experience easy.

I had a porcelain crown break on my back molar on a Friday night. The edges were sharp and cut my cheek and tongue all weekend. I called Bright Now Dental early on a very busy Monday morning and was told they would call me back. By noon I called again and hadn’t been scheduled but the helpful receptionist checked with the Dentist to see what they could do. They fit me in at 3:30 and the dentist decided to do the work and created a temporary crown. My new porcelain crown will be done in 3 weeks.
I won’t lie and say there wasn’t any pain and one short panic attack. The dentist and assistant were very patient with me and did their very best to keep me comfortable.
I was also offered a nice discount with their union program.

I always get top notch service and they take Cigna Dental Plans. I would recommend this location if you need your teeth cleaned or worked on.

As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable the girls at the front desk, were so caring and considerate of me. A piece of my temporary Crown broke off and I looked awful but low and behold there was Jamie, I didn’t know what an angel she was until I experienced her
expertise and perfection wow she did an amazing job of making a new temporary crown, it was just perfect. It really looks awesome. Jamie also saw that I had an infection and took an X-ray and Dr. Matthew’s (I hope I got her name right) looked it over and checked my mouth so by the time I left left an appointment was made the following Monday with a specialist. This is just one example showing how caring all the staff at the Maple Valley Clinic are!
So thank you to all the staff especially Jamie who MADE MY DAY!

From the front desk to the end of the appointment was excellent. Greeted by my name which makes a big difference because they make you feel you're that important when you walk through the door. My actual visit was awesome The doctor and the DA was excellent team. We're highly recommend Maple Valley right now dental!

I had my first appointment with Bright Now Dental today. I am not a fan of dentists (most people aren't), but I had a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I got all my questions answered and they had time to do what was necessary without coming back, and it was painless. I highly recommend them 😁

I always leave with a smile!! The staff is really friendly specially Amy in the front desk. She's very helpful with any questions I might have in regards to scheduling for myself and family. Dr. Mathew is great!! She's makes me feel confortable when doing any treatment and answers any questions I have on regards to the progress of my mouth health. She is very nice. Her assistant hygienist Maria is very friendly as well. And makes sure to be very attentive when polishing teeth and make sure im confortable. Everyone there is super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place. They also have great rates and payment plans.

Got my wisdom teeth removed here and it was a lovely experience. I have five piercings in my face and the xray tech was super nice, only made me take out my vertical labret. She dropped the bead that goes on the end and took the time to hunt through the trash bin for it and sanitized it for me before she gave it back. Oral surgeon and his team were amazing, made me feel super comfortable and explained everything well. Plus I had a really smooth healing process, no visible bruising at all on my face! Would recommend this place for amyone needing oral surgery.

I really enjoy coming here twice a year. The team is excellent, thorough with explanations and super gentle! I have moved from Maple Valley, going on two years now, and still make the 30 minute drive to go in! I've tried going to a new dentist near my new home, but I really didn't like the experience and quickly decided I'd just stick to the place I enjoy, Bright Dental of MV! Totally worth my commute to get an excellent cleaning!

The receptionist was thoughtful and listened to my sense of stress, and the entire team was so kind to tending to my dental needs.
