I have been patient with bright now dental more than 20 yrs. Specially, Dr. Tran is my primary dentist. I’m very confident with his treatment , which is excellent!

It is a good place for Dental works

Just changed to a new dentist. Every time I go to the dentist, I get so nervous because it’s hit or miss with the pain depending on what doctor you get. Dr. Tran was so personable, nice and professional. I asked him about a filling for a gap in between teeth and he said I t’s not recommendable because it’s going to mess up my gums. I’ve been going to the dentist for 40 years and seldom you’re gonna come across someone who is honest and professional. I felt very well taken care of. Two thumbs up!!!!

Very professional and friendly service

I show up for my 9am appointment and the door is locked. An employee unlocks the door shortly thereafter and walks away. I’m not greeted or acknowledged. She fumbles around looking for a sign in sheet while talking on the phone. I sign in and sit around for 15 minutes so far with another gentleman who’s patiently waiting to be seen as well. No hello, hi how are you, no information as to when we’ll be seen. Why be the first patient of the day when they are not even prepared to see you? Is 3 stars too much? This is not my 1st visit here. I feel like a stranger each time I come.

They do everything! I didn't have to go to another dentist for a root canal and then to another for a crown. They were very professional, friendly, and pain-free.

Dr Tran is AMAZINGGG!!! I had to redo my fillings I had when I was younger since they were weaker from the years that have gone by. And I have to admit I was soo scared since my childhood experience was traumatic with cavity fillings. From the numbing injection to the drilling was sooo pain-free! He is so talented and I am so happy he is my doctor! So amazing I still can’t believe I had absolutely no pain at all! I almost fell asleep from how relaxed I was! Thank you Dr. Tran!!!

The wait is short, staff is pleasant, and the dentistry work is excellent

Great first visit. Several family members have treatment here from Dr Ngoc Tran. My first visit was great. Mona at the front desk made this process so comforting. The office staff is welcoming and Dr Tran made time to answer my questions for future treatment. Thank you BRIGHT NOW dental Mission Viejo.

Updated 04.05.23 Great Visit Edna was the hygienist who did a great cleaning job and explained a program for me to follow for better dental health. Thank you to all at the front office as well. :-) Great dental hygienist Zena. Thorough cleaning and polishing. Dr. visit was too quick...had some questions about treatment left unanswered. I like this office. Wow Dr. spent good amount of time on this visit 5/22. Mickey was very helpful and did a great job. Adda (Addy) also kept me up on any wait time while Dr. T helped other patients. Good Visit. Thank to office manager Danielle as well.

When my husband lost his dental insurance and needed to have a tooth extracted I am so beyond grateful to have found Bright Now. Not only are they extremely upfront with their prices in their website, they even list each of their services and prices BY CODE. I’ve NEVER seen another dental office do this. They also offer a wonderful in house membership plan along with a payment so you can get the care that you need. While the building itself is not much to look at the hard working staff inside really make it shine! My husband was in and out in about half an hour. The dentist that took care of my husband was skilled and extremely professional. My husband only needed some ibuprofen for a day or two and has been pain free since! I fully plan on making this office my new go-to location for my next check up!
