Bright Now Dental in Pinellas Park is an excellent dental office… first of all, Kathy Mae is a superb receptionist. She not only greets everyone with a smile, but she’s friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have watched her take a beating from some really, really mean patients and she was able to maintain her kind and friendly composure with no effort. This one lady just refused to make her next appointment, stating she didn’t want to and Kathy could not make her, she was so rude and nasty and demanded to see the dentist right away ahead of everyone else. Kathy was so patient I had a mouth drop! Kathy really deserves a medal for her kindness, because there are a significant number of patients that are just rude… now I realize they may be in pain or having other issues, but the level of nastiness displayed when they are told they owe money or the doctor has an emergency or just have a seat and we’ll be right with you…but Kathy Mae handles the situations like a champ! Thank you Kathy Mae for all you do to always make my experience at the dentist office pleasant

The dentist and everyone in the back of the practice were thoughtful and very professional. The first person you see at the front desk was not. Kathy is the name she gave me was borderline rude and unprofessional. I will update this review if I go back and I was planning on it last week but I never heard from Kathy even after she said she would call.

My first visit to Dr. Chuck's dental office was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming. Dr. Chuck's professionalism and expertise were immediately evident, as he took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and address any concerns I had. What truly stood out was Dr. Chuck's personable nature—he made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. His genuine interest in my dental health and well-being was evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed and cared for. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, making the visit a breeze from start to finish. I left the office feeling confident in my choice of dentist and looking forward to future visits. I highly recommend Dr. Chuck's office to anyone in search of top-notch dental care delivered with professionalism and a personal touch.

Dr. Laun, assistant's Able and Candy went above and beyond to make my dental experience amazing. The professionalism the laughter the calmness that I was surrounded by these three amazing humans was an experience I would recommend to everyone family and friends. I can't think of you enough for taking away all of my anxiety and explaining everything along the way it was a great experience. I will be back in 2 or 3 weeks to finish up what you started and I'm actually looking forward to seeing all three of you. Truly was an incredible experience can't think you all enough for your kindness.

Dr Chuck was so sweet and caring and really made me feel calm and took great care of me. I recommend him to anyone that needs a good dentist.

Dr Chuck, Tye, and Candy were all AMAZING. It was my first visit and they even got me in for a temp crown and fillings same day! The personality of the techs and dentists were absolutely amazing. By far the best dental experience I've ever had. 💙

The Doctors and all the staff were very professional and friendly.

Had an initial appointment here since I got new insurance. Was seen at my appointment time. All assistants were extremely friendly and personable. The dentist had great chair-side manner and was optimistic. Was able to see the hygienist on the same day who was pleasant and answered all my questions. It was a great visit overall. The previous dentist I went to was for sure scamming me. Glad I was assigned to Bright Now Dental off 19. Looking forward to my next visit and cleanings. My teeth look fantastic :)

This was the BEST Dental Experience Ever… Thy Eva Juan and Dr Chuck were amazing. They worked on 5 teeth and NO PAIN! Dr Chuck found several options to fix my smile and work with in the insurance plan. Really appreciate the work done and the professionalism shown Thank You to the Entire Staff

Easy to make an appointment, on time with the appointment, and everyone is very nice. Recommend coming here and will make this my new dentist office for future appointments.

This is a wonderful dentist office, everyone on staff is so kind, courteous, and personable. If you actually want to have a pleasant dentist experience, then come here! The doctor is really sweet and takes time to get to know you which makes any procedure you need to get done not just easy to bear, but enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My husband had a great experience. Office staff was friendly, Dr. Laun was kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Appointment was for 11:50 and I had to wait over 40 minutes
