Really liked the dental hygienist. Appt was for 850am. They changed hours without notifying me so I sat in the parking lot for awhile. Then still got started late. Thought I should have been the first person called in. Plan on a 2-3 hr visit for a cleaning

Every one was absolutely phenomenal. From the front desk to the , MD , and dental technicians. Very professional, efficient, and explained my treatment in detail. This is a gem. So happy and relieved that I got my dental work done.

Dr Lee is a remarkably fantastic dentist. I feel real fortunate to have found him. And his staff is sincere and warm. Going to the dentist isn't the finest thing but when I get to Dr Lee's office I feel very comfortable and time to take a nap in the chair 😊

Loved my experience with the Ladies at the reception area, very polite and respectful, the X-ray technician (she was great) and the dental hygienist, took his time and explained everything to me.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jing Lee for 10 years. He has done over 5 procedures: 5 teeth extractions, 3 permanent bridges, deep cleanings, feelings, and recently an implant. When I first came to Dr. Lee I was embarrassed of the amount of work I needed done. He made me feel comfortable and his work is amazing. He has never hurt me and he takes his time to make sure you get the best care possible. He takes pride in his work and I will only let Dr. Lee see my 3 children. He also worked with me on the cost and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable through the entire procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Lee I can’t thank him enough for bringing my smile back and also improving my dental health.

I was very pleased with the service I received on Tue. morning Mar. 7th at this location. I went in for a follow up teeth cleaning visit. I had a scheduled 9:20am appointment. I was surprised by how quickly they called me back there shortly after I arrived compared to past visits. I had new X-rays taken by a dental assistant named Stephanie who is very friendly and professional. It was so nice to see Dr. Lee again. He always does a great job of cleaning my teeth. He’s very detailed and thorough. He genuinely cares for his patients. Communication from the front desk staff has significantly improved too. I was basically in and out in about an hour’s time. So I was highly satisfied with this most recent visit. Thank you!

Nicest surgeons ever it was great service youknow. But my main issue is the credit card they signed me up for! Care credit worst credit card ever in my opinion please use the other options they have an avoid that credit care.

I’m kind of a perfectionist and I expect everything to run smoothly and I can honestly say all of the staff at bright now dental have gone out of their way to give me the best customer service and they’re super sweet and professional and I highly recommend this place. Oh yeah and my dentist is amazing he’s making my mouth look beautiful!!!
