Professional, friendly, efficient, excellent clinician

The dentist was very nice and explained everything perfectly, answered any questions I needed. The lady helping the dentist was also very nice, did 10/10 x-rays. The people at the front are super friendly and had absolutely great customer service. 100% recommend the place

People are nice and very generous. Waiting time wasnt long at all. When i had a crown this visit, i had no problem on tooth when i got home. I fell a sleep while getting crown done.

I've had a really good experience with all the staff who have worked with me here. Mimi is an especially good hygienist, who did my cleaning fast and without ever putting me into any pain. So glad to have found a good dental center, and I look forward to coming back here.

I am new patient of Bright Now Northgate and I went in for a crown due to tooth filling needing to be replaced. The employees and Dr are all very friendly and accomodating. They made my experience very pleasant and they have now gained me as a patient who will continue to use them for my dental cleanings and checkups.

Mimi is the best! She makes going to the dentist fun every time. She’s great at what she does too and makes me smile even with my mouth open. I would switch locations if it wasn’t for her.

I never leave reviews. However this time I felt I needed to let others know my experience. I went in for a consultation knowing I wanted an implant and a handful of teeth extracted. This was my second consultation. I wanted to make sure my first experience, was not just " oh they are new let's impress them ". When I tell you, I walked in and the same smiling face, remembered my name, what I needed and was ready to start my treatment, I mean it. She was so kind and warm. The kind that makes you feel like you're family. I spoke with the surgeon, got a price quote and the same smiling woman came in to talk to me about options. I didn't even know I had options. I have been saving for years for this surgery. When I explained that, and was told I could apply for this medical credit card to not have to front everything right at the holidays, I almost cried. The kind woman got me a tissue and apied with me in the same room. When the surgeon heard we were applying, he took extra off my total because " it was the holidays and Amber wanted to help me". I've never had so much kindness in my life. My surgery went great, and I got a chance to speak with Amber at my follow up visit. Turned out that she was the office manager. You would never guessed it. She was in the back, she helped the doctor, she was answering phone's. Most managers don't wear so many hats. This impressed me more. You can tell Amber takes pride in her job, and cares for people. If you want you or your family to be taken care of and treated like family, I recommend this office. Best dental experience I've ever had.

Went in for my cleaning and check up before deployment. The hygienist was fantastic, very thorough and took her time cleaning. I was greeted by Amber, the office manager upon arrival, who took the time to go over financing with me. Amber answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful with the whole process. It's a breath of fresh air to have medical staff who care about your well being.

Allways great visits the staff are very personable and Dr Beaty the orthodontist is very caring and has great followup. Highly recommend the northgate branch

Hygienist always makes my visit enjoyable. She is joyful, funny and pleasant To be around!

What I loved most about my visit was being able to have the option of speaking Spanish with Paola, which made the visit very humane. It seems like a little gesture but it makes a huge difference. The rest of the staff were also wonderful and very caring.

One of the more enjoyable dentist experiences I’ve had in my life. Very attentive and professional hygienist (Mimi) did a great job with ensuring I was comfortable throughout cleaning. Dentist (Dr. Jasper) was great at providing me details of my mouth and options on how to change things up to support more healthy teeth in the future. Update as of August 2023 - still great, super comfort focused hygienist (Mimi is the best!) and straight forward cleaning. Top notch overall.

The dental assistant that cleaned my teeth is extraordinary; she explained to me how to clean my bridge and sent me home with some EEZ-THRU Floss Threaders! I highly recommend her ❤️

I really love the dental hygienist here. She's super nice, gentle, fast, and checks in with you regularly during the cleaning to make sure you're doing okay. I came in early to my appointment and they got me in before my allotted time.
