As a loyal patient for a long time, I came in for my normal dental cleaning and check up. The office was clean and decorated with charm. Front office staff was pleasant and made sure my paperwork was correct. Dental Assistant Lydia prepped me for the Hygienist and was both professional and friendly. Not only did she went above and beyond, but she read off about my Latex allergy without me even having to remind her. Now that is service! She also provided a free sample of their teeth whiting take home trays to try out to see if this was something I may want to purchase more of down the road. Wish she was my Hygienist because I would recommend her anytime!

Fast friendly service

Everyone is super friendly and nonjudgmental. The hygienist lady was awesome and made me feel super safe and welcome. I'm sorry I don't know her name. The receptionist Holly was great as well. They do good work and it doesn't take too long nor is it very uncomfortable or painful.

All the people involved in my care were professional, yet relaxed! I also felt as if I were listened too, and respected for my views. Thank you Bright Now staff.

Incredibly friendly staff! I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and was super nervous, but everyone here was so kind from the start to the finish! A fist bump from the dentist and a “keep up the good work”, was a great way to start my day! Thank you all so much!

I had gone into Aspen Dental and received a quote for $2500 out of pocket for services so I came here for a second opinion. They quoted me $450 for the services I needed and told me the other services Aspen wanted to charge me for were not even services I needed!!! This will be my dentist from now on and I’ll recommend them to all of my family and friends!

Staff caring and professional

The staff and the doctor were responsive and took great pride in the customer experience. They were efficient, friendly and offered multiple times to answer any questions I might have. A job well done.

I am reviewing after my 3rd visit to BrightNow, so have been there for and exam, urgent issue and cleaning. Service for all 3 visits was fantastic. The front office and clinical staff were friendly and professional. The treatment I received was excellent. They have definitely earned my trust for a forthcoming procedure. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon them as an in-network provider for my insurance.

I am absolutely terrified of going to the denist! But this place does a great job of making me feel calm before they start working on my mouth. They do quality work and work with you making payments. I highly recommend! The front staff is very friendly and helpful. Hands down the Best!
