I had a great experience with Bright Now Dental Office. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and kind, the wait wasn't that long and the dental team did a great job in explaining to me their procedures and concerns. I just switched to Bright Now Dental from New Smiles and don't regret my decision. Thank you for being professional and knowledgeable.

Dr Chaddad was very nice informative, gentle and quick with my extractions. I had a great experience. I had no pain or swelling afterwards.

Great place friendly staff

2 1/2 months ago I walked in with a cracked tooth on one side and a broken tooth on the other. As of today I am back to normal. Highly recommend this place. Staff is very accommodating for your needs.

I felt that the treatment I really needed was not performed. The periodontal maintenance was not what I had received from my former dentist.

I went for a dental surgery consult but was disappointed after waiting for 40 minutes passed my 1:00 pm appointment. The lobby was not crowded, but one other person came behind me. A problem occurred when the other person went on the wrong date for her appointment. I gathered that her appointment was different from the date she came in. However, Dr. Chaddad took her before me, which was not cool. Dr. Chaddad is an attentive and knowledgeable dentist, but his respect for my time as a new possible patient was lacking. Dr. Chaddad talking very loudly about my dental problems that the entire lobby could hear was confusing and disappointing because I wasn't wearing hearing aids or noted I had hearing problems. When the consult was over, and I walked to the lobby, several people were waiting, and sure, they had heard all about my dental problems. What happened to HIPPA? There is an upselling of dental implants. Plus, he told me what I needed instead of asking me what I wanted. Also, the room where I was seated seemed unkept and had a rusted IV pole. The dental chair didn't seem clean; there were discarded small wrappers at the bottom of the chair. The room was an overflow room where employees stored items, in my opinion. Overall, feelings amounted to being disappointed on a level of 5. No apology for keeping me waiting or taking someone ahead of me that didn't have an appointment for that day. Not, sure if I will return for dental surgery. Being able to trust a medical professional is huge for me, and part of that trust comes with common courtesy and honesty.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Lugo and staff were great. I would definitely recommend this dental office to friends and family. Professional and courteous staff are top-notch. Recently, I had to have some dental work, and there were no hiccups and issues.

This business is very professional and knowledgeable. They explain the procedure to you and what they're doing. They also answer all questions that you may have, and accommodate you in any way that they possibly can.

It has been 10 years since I have had a dental cleaning. I had a horrible experience while in the military and have been resistant to going back. The hygienist Anthony was amazing and I cant wait to go back to get my otherside done.

I switched dentist because my old dentist did not accept Dominion National HMO, they did accept GEHA. My new dental office accepts both. Plus, Dr. Lugo was fantastic as a dentist. All of the staff very friendly and professional.
