My first time there I met Kim in the reception area. She welcomed me there with a Good morning. I had called and had to have a lower denture made and the upper adjusted she was able to get me in the next day. Very nice over the phone and knowledgeable about the things I was requesting. Normally what I was needing was going to take several weeks and I had a trip coming up before the dentures would be completed. She went and talked to the doctor about my predicament and came back with good news for me that they could fit me to have the dentures in time for the trip. Everytime I have been there she has been kind to everyone and very helpful with a number of requests from patients and able to help them to their satisfaction. She is very good at coordinating several tasks at the same time is what I noticed besides always cheerful when helping other patients. I’ve also been in there when phone calls have been for a patient that is in need to be seen for a painful tooth etc and Kim manages to arrange for them to come in. Everytime I’ve been there has always been a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. The doctor and nurses/assistants are also very friendly/nice 🙂. I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else because they’re always positive, no problem to big to take care of.
