I’ve been a patient with Bright Now Dental in Holiday for 10 years. I have had Valerie as my dental hygienist for the past few years, and wouldn’t want anyone else. She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, thorough, professional, respectful, and I am very thankful to have her!! My teeth thank her as well. She speaks with all staff in a professional and respectful manner. I’ve heard her more than once let them know she appreciates them. What a gem. Her regular assistant did not show up for work yesterday. As a result, last minute, she had to ask someone new step in. Her name was Trinity. She was professional, polite, and very kind. Having said that, I go the impression she was new, with limited experience. I hope she is able to be mentored by Valerie, because Valerie is amazing.
