I am a new patient here at Bright Now Dental in Medina and both appointments I’ve had so far were great, especially my recent one! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years (bad I know) and was very nervous to be seen. The staff here are very kind and efficient.

Dr. Martin is the best! She is very kind and genuine. My first appointment was an x-ray and treatment plan of my teeth. I didn’t feel judged or unheard and she explained the procedures I would be getting very well. Multiple fillings and a root canal. I left feeling so much better!

I just got my root canal done yesterday. I was extremely nervous as I’ve never had one before, but the process went so smooth and I felt comfortable the whole time! Dr. Martin did the procedure, she was very reassuring beforehand and during the process. Two dental assistants helped as well, one of them did my filling after and they were both very kind and thorough. I’m so bad with names 🙁 I wish I remembered theirs to mention them!

All in all I’ve had a wonderful experience here. 🙂 Also to mention, my appointment was right at the end of a long day and I felt like I was the first patient of the day. Everyone had a great attitude and were very thorough and kind. I’m excited to be coming back here for the rest of my treatments and yearly cleans!
