After dealing with a failed root canal and terrible customer service with my local western dental i decided to give bright dental a chance and their customer attention is 100x better than I ever imagined. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and informative. They sought to find me the best and most affordable solutions and gave me information on how they will handle the insurance portion of it. They gave me the sense of really trying to look out for their patients and trying everything they can to get insurance approval. I am very pleased with the service I received and will continue to use them as my new dental provider.
