I had to have a root canal for the first time since an old filling fell out. Just switched to Bright Now! from Western Dental. I have never had such a pleasant dental experience in my life. The receptionists were patient and understanding. I was seen within 15-20mins max. The specialist and dental assistant for the root canal were kind, gentle, and very efficient. They made sure I understood precisely what was going to happen and even walked me through a breathing excercise during the numbing process, so I could handle the shots better! They also made sure I knew if I started to feel ANY pain that I could raise my hand to signal for more numbing. They finished in about 30-35mins. The dentists that worked on my x-rays and temporary crown were just as friendly and efficient. I didnt have much pain until the numbness started to wear off once I was driving home, but I managed to take and IBU-Profen 600and go to sleep before I felt much. Now it's the next day and I only have mild soreness and that's only if I accidentally poke the areas for the shots.
