Front staff are great. I rated a 3 only because a new dentist I saw on 4/19/24 lacked customer service skills. His voice was loud, he spoke using dental terminology rather simple language and during our conversation he told me I wasn’t listening. He seemed to be in a hurry based on body language.

Orthodontics may be provided by general dentists.
