The dentist seems nice– the scheduling is not great– if you’re a new patient, it’s really easy to get in at a convenient time. As a new patient you can easily book online with lots of times available. As an existing patient, you have to call to make an appointment and there are far less times available. I have tried booking 6 months in advance to get the times I wanted, but those appointments don’t seem to get saved in the system. It was nearing the time that I had scheduled an appointment for and I received a reminder in the mail that I needed to book an appointment. This was odd because I had already booked an appointment 5 months prior; so I called to check and my appointment wasn’t in the system. This has happened twice. I’m going to give them one more chance, but will move on if the scheduling is still not figured out.
