I’ve had mixed feelings about this place. I’ve thought it was fine in the past. However, this past week I received not only poor customer service but poor patient care from the providers. The appointment I had made 6 months ago for cleaning was abruptly canceled. I just got a text that I could call to reschedule if I wanted to. I called and was told my appointment was canceled because the hygienist doesn’t work past 5, the time of my long standing appointment. Ok, not a huge deal but I was then told the next available appointment was in 4 months. My husband had this happen as well. He was also told it would be April before he could be seen again. He wasn’t given a reason for the cancellation and wasn’t called either, just got a last minute text that it was canceled. I ended up being seen this week after all and had a really weird interaction with the doctor. She was condescending and dismissive when I shared a concern. I felt that following that interaction she was unnecessarily rough with my exam and subsequent filling. I have never had a dentist be that forceful inside of my mouth, literally yanking on my upper lip and the roof of my mouth. I felt stuck and just wanted to get it over with. My whole face and head hurt all day after an early morning appointment. This was a horrible experience. I usually like going to the dentist and I usually don’t write reviews. I’m still giving three stars because before this week my experiences have been fine.
