Okay I’ve been to the Fresno one and Visalia…several times….Im so much more impressed with this office. Its my go to dentist now. Its crazy how its even the same company! Just goes to show how different staff and Doctor can change the entirety of the experience. Because thats what happened for me. I was going just to get a cavity fixed and my wife was already looking for a new dentist for us to go to because we were absolutely TIRED of Bright now…ESPECIALLY the visalia office..We would show up and they would be like “oh her app (or mine) its been rescheduled.” This happened like 3 times in a 4 month period. I was pissed! The 3rd time anyway. But, they seemed to charge for so much and add all this nonsense. All I can say after meeting with Dr. Fox (I think thats how his name is spelled) he was amazing. Wasnt trying to damage a bunch of teeth just to fix a minor problem. Im just feeling happy and more importantly thankful after a dentist appointment. Hey…In life i guess there really is “a first time for everything.”
